Cooking Classes

Welcome to the fun part!

 

I have always been drawn to the creative process of cooking and couldn’t be more thrilled that the end result has the potential to be delicious and nourishing too. 

 

In 2019 I earned a Culinary Diploma in Health Supportive Cooking from the Natural Gourmet Institute. 

 

After which I worked as a private chef in New York City utilizing my background in nutrition to create individualized menus and develop recipes tailored to my clients personal preferences and dietary needs. I firmly believe that food can be both nourishing and delicious without counting calories, worrying about portions, or dissecting nutrition labels.

 

My approach to cooking is through the lens of flavor which we can explore together based on your personal taste preferences. Whether you are comfortable in the kitchen or unsure how to properly use a chef’s knife without injury, a cooking class tailored to you will provide infinite benefits to your self efficacy and intuitive eating skills.
